Sounds like mine but with 1 1/8th steel fork. Why DT shifting stops? Also price sounds a little steep...mine was 900 euros frame only. And thats with 44mm ht and OS zona, steel fork should only be 100 euros or so more. Ignore amey, SS dropouts are rad. I love mine. The weight is negligible because a bike like this will be 10+kg anyway

In other news. I started exchanging mails with Jacek.
The main characteristics are the following.
-fillet-brazed
-Disc tabs
-Sliding dropouts
-Eyelets for mudguards rear and front
-Eyelets for racks rear and front (with mid-fork mount)
-Mounts for three bottle cages (standards on ST and DT+ near the bottom bracket on DT)
-Internal rear brake cabling on top tube
-Shifting cable stops on down tube
-Thin wishbone seatstays
-1 1/8 straight steerer lugged forks
-Clearance for 650bx47 tires with muguards and possibility to fit 700cx38.
1250€ for the Zona frameset.
