I don't really have an opinion on whether or not someone without a long waiting list is likely to be as good as someone with one, I've had tattoos that I've waited months for an appointment for and tattoos that I've booked a couple of days beforehand and have been happy with both. If it's someone at Parliament they're bound to be very good anyway!
