Nah. Like 6pt, I was trapped in Borough. At the top of Tooley Street, you could neither turn left, toward Elephant nor right toward the City. I asked the Bobby blocking the road how I could get to Blackfriars, and if the bridge was open or closed, and he had no idea.
Whenever the Police close the roads - such as when there is an accident - they NEVER direct the traffic, they just let it build and build.

Whilst I fully suport the right of the Police to shut down Central London to honour a fallen colleague, they could have managed the traffic a lot better.
