Also when I looked at results board, the 4th place person had 19:53 next to their name, not 19:52. Do I email to event secretary to query that?
If you think your time has been incorrectly recorded, let the event secretary know. What goes up on the board at the HQ is just a first draft, there are often transmission/transcription errors which get fixed on the official results without any intervention, once the timekeeper goes through all his data after everybody has finished.

Ie. how am I 5th, and someone on the same time 4th?
