Tektro no longer sell the one that's the same shape as the Cane Creek though.

Very nice

Springs are 10x better than the Tektros. I swapped out my Tektros for the Cane Creeks SCR-5s and I would not go back.

Let the fun begin, if they're anything like the sram MTB brakes you're in for a treat.
Went OK actually - small improvement, but the brakes were just fine on first 30mi dirt ride today.

Ah OK, soz, my info out of date

You're right that they are basically the same. My experience with the Cane Creeks has been much better. The price premium is worth it to me. YMMV, etc

Of course they're all shit compared to Campag Record

Hey guys
I'm looking for a wheels set h+son Archetype silver for my new project...
I'm really desperate to find something....

Well with project L96 is a comedy show, I decided to finally do some work to the old workhorse this month and finally get some descent crankset and rotors and convert it back to single speed.
Regarding brake pads, what's the word on the street to use for commuting/annual durability? Some wanker tried to nick my wheels on Friday night and found my screws cap was lose and therefore ruined my front brake pads which now looks like it has a pizza wedge for braking onto my rotors.

So good. Is that a road fork?

Running TRP Spyre? Shimano resin does the job.

Running TRP Hylex Hydraulic Disc Brake on the all city.

Yep, Time 1" carbon. I have the OG track fork which i'm toying with refitting but it's a pain to mount a brake on and the Time rides really nicely.

In that case, Shimano resin as usual (Shimano M05)

Sun's out. Gums out!
New Vittoria Corsas. A bugger to put on. Took the skin off my thumb, and I'm just waiting for a pinch flat as I could not get the tube in very neatly. But they look good, and that's the main thing!

Cane Creek levers are rebranded Tektro, which are half the price (but have no lizards)
