It's coolant. You'll occasionally get a washer fluid leak, but usually it's in front of the rear wheel. Rads go all the time, there's no mesh to stop crap getting in and it wedges between the air con condenser and rad and rots them both away. They're not horribly expensive, about £130 I think.
