A spreadsheet with the teams as column headings wouldn't suffice?

Not really. That's what I currently do; I'm trying to achieve a visual aid that I can use on a portable device, something that I and a couple of workmates can adjust as we discuss our plans.
Even though it seems like a simplistic idea it would be unbelievably useful.
