haha, presume yu mean the running rather than the weight!? I do not have high hopes, but at least i'm only training for a marathon, and doing plenty of high intensity stuff along the way!
Yeah I mean the running, although you're probably in a better position than me... I weighed myself for the first time in months and have put on 4kgs :'(
Based on my club tt last week, it doesn't translate at all...
