Actually really annoyingly close to being interesting; if only they had included a 'total number of memes' scaler or some way of making the numbers all relative to the total number of memes posted. So close to actually being a perceptive article.

Yeah this is what was really missing from it! There was no constant to measure the growth against, like 'cats' or 'annoying child' or something that would have contextualised it.
