Been on the phone with FedEx. They wont do it until monday. We have tried but not been able to find couriers who work weekends. But thank you. We need all ideas on the table right now.
We surely could have missed some possible solutions.
Ferries are 25 gbp each way. So it will cost him 50gbp and some pints to use me as the courier.

Eh, don't want to sound like I'm stating the obvious but you have heard of 24hour express courier services? If you dropped off at a FedEx bureau this afternoon it would be with you tomorrow. Risks involved etc but still-how much is it going to cost to fuck around with round trip ferries?
