That will be awesome, but for now it is last option. I want my mate to be there when Boonen rolls into the velodrome on sunday.
I currently have two options.
Taking the ferry alone tonight. Cycling to Bruges to pick up his passport, stay the night and then cycle back to Dunkirk tomorrow and take the ferry to Dover, where I will meet my mate and we go back over together.
Depending if I can get a courier or help from @WimVDD (thx @Poetic) or another forum member, I go to Dunkirk tonight, meet up with passport courier and find a cheap hotel and then take the ferry back tomorrow morning pick up my friend and then cycle to Bruges together.

I'm going to Roubaix tomorrow, maybe via Bruges, and getting a ferry back on Sunday. Does that work for you? I'll be getting back to London Sunday evening.
