It very much depends on where you are having it. If you are having it on your legs then I'd stay off day racing for longer. You'd also have to factor in the sun now the weather is brighter. Day 1 hurts but day 2 hurts even more than you'd get a few days of itch that you wish you never had the tattoo done... Then a week later, you start thinking about the next one...
Best person to speak to is your artist, and have you actually got an appropriate booked? Generally speaking, if an artist has no waiting list at all, alarm bells should be ringing unless of course they are doing a walk in special or sth...
You are entitled to your opinions as I am to mine, and you'd bothered to look at my other reply, you would probably realise that I have also added some artists choose not to have a waiting list system.
