Some artists only book themselves up to about a month or so, like Dani at Seven Doors, last i checked you can pretty much see him for a consultation the same week and then get the tattoo done within a few weeks but he chooses not to take bookings too far ahead so you need to get there at the right time, so to speak. The artists I have work done by tend to have a 3 months or so waiting list. So if you rock up this weekend and they have a slot, especially a long session available, then I'd like to know why. Unless the is actually a cancellation, which does happen...
Also if you want something good done, don't expect to rock up and expect consultation and tattoo to be done the same time, you are paying for their creativity and skills.
Good luck.
Upper arm, but it's not small. I hoped getting it done on a Monday would be enough time before the following Saturday. Out of a racing period I'm training nearly every day so figured this might be the best time to do it! It'll be covered up when out on the bike and off the bike.
Not sure about availability yet, it's someone at Parliament who I've heard some good things about. The location is also really convenient. Bit worried now if they have loads of slots free...!
