Poor poor decision from Jurgen tonight.

Relieved we got the result tonight...

I'm hoping for an outbreak of violence on Arsenalfantv.
Kevin Nolan will be managing West Ham by this time next year.

The more I watch it the more I think it wasn't that bad. not really a stamp. And the reading player definitely tried to stick the boot in first.

oh and well done Chelsea tonight. spurs keeping a little pressure up but looking more and more like a done deal.
or 'champions elect' whatever that means (courtesy of R5L )

That was possibly the best game of football we will see played this season between the two best teams in the league. Relentless, fast, energetic and a decent three points.
Hazard was a man apart. No one was close to him. Pedro also showed his worth. Cahill and Luiz. A good evening.

League goals conceded by Liverpool versus Chelsea, Spurs, Man City and Man United; 5.
League goals conceded by Liverpool versus Bournemouth; 6.

Says it all really. Not sure why we can't beat the lesser teams

Because you're shit...

7 in the last 7, 18 in total. It is however half of all our goals which is one of the reasons our season blew up during AFCON.
Somewhat better buy than McCormack though. -
• #135287
Yeah but how would he cope with a broken gate? That's the sign of a true pro.
-
• #135288
Good win for us last night. Excellent game to watch and Hazard was excellent. Luiz is on another level in defence this season.
-
• #135289
And that's where our opinions will divide. I can't see how he didn't know his studs were going into his head through his ear.

• #135290
It looked nasty and with intent to me.
-
• #135291
So we're signing Schmeichel and the lad Keane from Burnley
-
• #135292
The Keane rumours have been knocking around since the summer but I suspect he'll be going somewhere better than Everton.
-
• #135293
It's all done mate...Burnley or Everton, Hmmmm tough one that
-
• #135294
Which leads me on to question of the day:
Last player Everton signed from Burnley?
No googling
-
• #135295
Stones?
-
• #135296
Well he's not going to be at Burnley next season, plenty of interest from Manchester United though.
Trevor Steven I'd assume, and Dobbo before that. You've had some decent ones.
-
• #135297
Yep, 'Tricky' Trev
Some fuckin player he was too 💪🏼💙
-
• #135298
Stones was Barnsley

doing what we need to against Watford, Alli's goal was a thing of beauty, and now the floodgates have opened, just need Janssen to get in on the act. Also means that Harry won't need to be thrust so quickly back into the spotlight, can leave him on the bench and ease him gradually back into the lineup..
Nice change to last season being the ones to play first, can put a bit of pressure on those who play after, even though we're the ones chasing... -

Kane's back, Yay! Taking Janssen off, Boo! We're four nil up, keep him on, let the goal come to him, yeah Kane needs to get match fit and we do have the FA Cup Semi Final coming against Chelsea, plus the North London Derby, but Janssen getting his confidence back, and some momentum is as important, especially after being involved in two goals against Swansea..
It almost feels like that no team wants to finish fourth this season.
