I don't care about training profiles or any fanciness - I just want to be less fat. I'm housebound for the next few months (at least in terms of cycling) and have a solid kitchen floor and plenty of space with no worries about noise.
I'm prob going to give Zwift or similar a go but don't have or desire heartrate monitors etc. Just a smooth ride with relatively realistic resistance so I can do some sprints and a few longer stretches a day.
