what was that one eastern european cycle clothing company, which was run by a pair of brothers with at least one of them having a racing pedigree? Forgot the name but kind of raphaesque style (as do most of the small boutique labels)

If it's the stuff made by Endo, it's more rapha pro team in terms of sizing I'm a 40 inch chest and their large jersey is an aerofit, but not in a bad way, well at least I don't think so.
