Witnessed and called 999 on this one.
Guy riding to the right of the right side of the traffic got doored by the passenger side door of a transit that was parked on the right. There was a moving car overtaking to the riders left which stopped suddenly and drove off. There may have been contact.
I have footage including the plate of the car that drove away but the actual incident was hidden from my view.
Rider was conscious and appeared to have busted his collar bone, and said he couldn't feel his hand. I want to get my details to him for insurance purposes. So if anyone knows him, his name began with an E. Any ideas how I can get in touch with him?
