can't work out how they are claiming "zero waste" goal: packaging, high food miles, freezing and then cooking in oven.

My view is that it's definitely in the convenience shopping category, so will be costly in many respects. Like most "normal" ready meals. If it helps people move to this kind of food, I don't mind overlooking some things.
I'm going to get one order in to hopefully get inspired to make my own ready meals. Meals are easier once I've been shown what's possible
