Cabbies are like fish in that they constantly produce and emit urea to take away toxic compounds that build up in their bodies, this urea acts on the exhaust to turn it into a harmless fertiliser that will endow Londons parks and window boxes with doubled growth.

From January 2018, no new black cab or private hire vehicle will be licensed to operate in London if it has a diesel engine.
All new cabs in 2018 must also be capable of at least 30 miles of zero-emission range. -

So it looks like a bunch of uppity Christians have got a bee in their bonnet that the National Trust didn't get into the spirit of relentlessly perpetuating their cultural appropriate of pagan symbolism through the medium of hypercommercialisation of confectionery.

Didn't Christianity come to us via Europe? Won't it be ditched under Brexit plans?

It seems that National Trust have now "backed down" so the mouth-frothers are are claiming a moral victory for common sense. I'm seeing it as a victory for short-sighted, bedwetting pissbabies.

Jeremy Corbyn gave what seems to have been intended as a key speech today. Needless to say, there was a corbynspicracy by the media to avoid reporting it in favour of headscarf issues and Easter eggs, and where it couldn't be avoided, a row was reported.
Judging from a correction issued by Labour, his wording was imprecise.
The Livingstone thing yesterday and today has also overshadowed it to some extent.

corbynspicracy
Do you believe it to be an organisation conspiracy between the media to avoid reporting?
-
• #44690
They've been trying to get out of reporting for a while now, I think they'd much rather be growing orchids or collecting stamps. Corbyn's just a golden opportunity.
Wait ... why are you asking questions about the conspiracy? Eh?

In New York there are plenty of hybrid cabs and ubers. Such a pleasant feeling just gliding noiselessly trough traffic.

Right but that's different because we all share the same Christian Anglo-Saxon heritage.

As far as I know, Christianity displaced the original Celtic beliefs in Ireland (the Island)
Read the Tain / Ulster Cycle and see how near the end they tried to make Cuhullain meet St Patrick, Christians reboot job.
