  • Child-level pseudo science from end to end - utter Bollox.

She would get on well with Ross Kemp.
Neither of them can complete a sentence
without having to take a pause in the middle ;-)

    I agree, it's infuriating.

  • Oh Christ yeah her. Can't listen....

  • When are we getting that Szechuan sauce back??

  • Is anyone watching 'This is Us.' Who knew anything with Mandy Moore could be so moving.

  • Wubba lubba dub dub?

  • Legion. So Syd Barratt is like a stoned rainbow. Ep 1 made sense by the end. Will watch more

  • I've been shocked how much I got into this.

    Also 'big little lies'

  • Rather enjoying season 6 of Homeland. Although I suspect part of it is the hope that the fake news conspirators will get their comeuppance and give me some fleeting fictional satisfaction to allay my deep despair at the impossibility of this happening in real life.

  • Haven't watched this evenings but this season is excellent. A proper return to form...

  • GF made me sit through 2 episodes of peter kay's carshare. I watch some utter twaddle on the telly but this was unmitigated shite.

one level up from mr's browns boys.

  • Thought the return of Better Call Saul was a tad lacklustre. S03E01.

Maybe they'll turn shit up now were re-acquainted. Enjoyed the B&W spot at the start.

  • thought it was quintessentially British in same vein as The Royle Family - a few funny moments - slow in a nice way

you really don't do whimsy do you?!

    #wilderpeoplegate

  • I thought wilderpeople was very enjoyable.

if we'd watched this on netflix my recommended list would be full of shite like Miranda and Not going out now.

  • Ok maybe it wasn't you who dissed Wilderpeople

  • We spent the evening watching the 6 part series Guerrilla, its compulsive and captures really well the racism of the time and within the Met. Although just a supporting bit part, Idris Elba puts in his best performance since The Wire. Obviously it won't appeal to everyone

  • Thought the return of Better Call Saul was a tad lacklustre. S03E01.

I really like it so far.
It's unique in a way that it really feels quite "slow", but to me this makes it sophisticated rather than lacklustre.

  • Yesterdays was again very lacklustre for me. The previous two seasons were pretty fast paced, and I feel like I'm being screwed out of some fun here. Netflix episode list suggests only 6 eps in this season. If so, where is the content? Feels like a "filler" season to me.

  • I totally agree. I view it as watching a feature film but in 10 parts. The attention to detail is great.

IMDb suggests 10 episodes for S03..

  • Broadchurch - i do enjoy it but i just ended up feeling a bit sick at the end of S3. Glad the perp was an outright sociopath (i know, I'm avoiding spoilers) but made me uneasy to think that people actually think like that.

Big Little Lies i am enjoying immensely

Iron Fist, 1st marvelflix series I've gotten beyond Ep2 of, but i might revisit JJ at some point.

  • Iron Fist is waste of time or maybe not if you teenager or something

  • Big Little Lies i am enjoying immensely

Not watched this weeks yet but i think it's excellent.

  • Expanse season 3 confirmed.

  • Still waiting for season 2 on netflix...
