Why? It could've just been someone with fucked wiper jets trying desperately to get some fluid on their windscreen. Unless they were actually squeezing a bottle of fluid on you... kinky.

I wouldn't be surprised if plod could get a better conviction for squirting window washers than for a driver squiching someone into the curb.

The law is an arse (WornCleat made that quite literal) but if every little annoyance is reported they'll just start ignoring actual dangerous arseholes.
