Got in my longest ever ride in yesterday. It was the inaugural Spring Leg Breaker run by Marek from Aurelius Cycles (think he will be running this from next year as a sportive).
It's a hard enough route, 78 miles, taking in Park Rash, Buttertubs and Fleet Moss with beauty views, absolutely amazing descents and about 2000m ascending.
But I decided to make life difficult (taking a leaf out of Mike Hall's book) and cycle there and back too.
