New wheels and tyres on the way to finish it for now, will have gears and suspension at some point.

Peeled it off with a knife, took some time but looks many times better.

De-shedded the Guerciotti and put on the new wheels I got for it, Campagnolo Record with Mavic Open Pros. The saddle and seatpost are borrowed, plan to put a Nitto S65 and black Romin. Now the wheels are black may change the bartape to black too. It does need new bearings in the BB as although it went fast, it sounded like a bag of spanners doing it.

You do meant CX gearing or you mean the 48/32 chainset combo? Upgrade Bikes is the main distro and their stock is quite low/out, the 172.5 is in stock.

Time for a first proper build for my kid. 24" wheels and Campy from the parts bin for a start.

So I bought this frame in early 2015 for stupid cheap, After 1 month of waiting I accepted that it was probably too good to be true. I'd lost hope and then one day just over 8 months later it showed up at my doorstep. No note, no explaination just a damp and soggy box.

I promptly built it uk with spare parts and rode t around for a week or two to make sure it fit me well. Then some cunt dropped it against somebody else's bike while we were at work and I disassembled it realising I was being too precious of it and for over a year I've sort of just been looking at the frame hanging in my shed.

Had a Ti post lying around, bought a stem to (sort of) match it.

Going to try and get it built up for summer, thinking of rebuilding my blue phils to something nice and shallow.

Put together this budget build for a friend. Majority forum sourced parts so thanks for sorting me out people! (Seat post is high because I rode it to him to drop it off :).

That 3Rensho is ridiculously hawt! Interesting story with the package as well. Reminds me a bit of my vanhaelen... which needs a proper crankset still.

Which Ti post is that please?

Picked up this frame, 80s road with radical paint..it was described as having columbus tubing but there is no markings on the frame what so ever, so it could be copper tubing if all I know..

However, the paint is lovely and is chrome underneath, and is going to look rad with swept bars and a basket for summer/crusing duties.
