Yeah I saw that, severely tempted. RE. flaps: I think that's from where it came off the roll, hopefully it'll level out.
@MisterMikkel, the mircoshift site seems to suggest their 10sp shifters can be run on friction, though I'm not quite sure how. I guess that'd give you an option should you not get on with it. http://www.microshift.com.tw/BS-A10_Shifters_road.html

Aaaand finished... almost. Just needs a wald 137. Also rear mech is squeaky as hell, not sure why, new jockey wheels needed maybe?
10sp thumbies work a dream. Brakes are really snatchy, but hopefully that'll ease off as the pads bed in.
Also totally FBNPNA'd my other half's Col Du Glandon, she seems pleased with it. Needs a tyre upgrade at some point.
