Would the cost of a new freehub outweigh the extra cost of Campag cassettes over Shimano/SRAM? 11sp Campag works with Shimano 11sp

I don't understand what you're asking? It is a campag wheel but with a shimano freehub

He means, if it's 11 speed you can use either Shimano or Campag cassettes anyway.
