First result of a google search sounds hopeful:
I put Centaur Ergopower levers on my SRAM Red-equipped bike and have been riding it happily ever since with nary a hiccup in the shifting. I have a SRAM 10-speed chain, SRAM Red chainrings, SRAM Red front derailleur, SRAM Red rear derailleur, and SRAM Red 10-speed cogset mated with the Centaur 10-speed Ergopower levers.

Tempted by this to slip in amongst a silver Campagnolo groupset on a tourer:
...with the X-0 logo removed, I think it could look alright.
However as much as a I read about 9-speed SRAM it just appears to be completely incompatible with anything else unlike with their 10 speed which people have had some measure of success with when running amongst other brands parts.
Would love any links that say otherwise, but I'm stumped.
