Trip to Barcelona

Hi guys! I'm new here :) My name is Toni. In a month I'm going to visit Barcelona. Who was? How was it? How many days is it better to allocate a trip to see everything?

Hey, been twice. If your planning to see the usual attractions (beach, markets, cathedrals) 3 days is enough. I stayed little longer as theres some nice day trips going outside the city like montserrat, girona, lloret de mar.
Easy to get around by underground train
You may find it cheaper (and simpler) to get aerobus as transfer to hotel from airport if your staying within city centre.

I liked Sesamo (vegetarian tapas, V good) and La Confeteria (bar, loads of gins and rums, i ended up accidentally very drunk)
Both worth seeking out if you like food and/or booze (and both near each other)

A visit to Barcelona is not complete without a visit to Cat bar. If you are taking a bike there's a really nice coastal cycle path that goes North to Badalona. Or if you fancy a Challenge you can ride up to Montserrat.

And there's a cool theme park called Tibidabo (iirc). That also has a pretty good hillclimb up to it.

I really like Barcelona, great to just walk around. I've only been there on business but would love to spend some time there without having to be in meetings etc.
