How does your 60mm become 120mm on a full frame camera? Do you have a sigma art lens designed for medium format?
*edit, realised that by M4/3 you are refering to micro 4/3 and not 2 models of Leica (I now remember you have the M6) carry on.

Quite probably but the lenses of that focal length are good for portraits as they'll give a very 'flat' image.
