Yes, I have the very same doubts when I bought it. It does look off (and the fact it apparently came from the 1970s), though as I was about to post; though I don't mind if it is not an OG Concorde, I mind just enough to not want to have a full public inquiry into it.
That said, since Concorde essentially slapped their livery onto imported frames and seeing as though most of their bikes were road frames, it wouldn't be that much of a stretch to imagine them repainting a frame not from their usual supplier with such characteristics, no?
All in all, its a track frame that should fit, hopefully, with a nice piece of seatpost.
