I was looking at this today, and had a similar thought.

Bought this earlier for an offer of £120 but spoke to the seller and he cancelled the sale for me as I'm not sure it's a Concorde. If it is you have done well!

I'm not an expert on Concorde frames but it doesn't look correct.
The main areas which I think are wrong are the track ends, head tube lugs and also the brake bridge looks wrong for a Concorde.
