Oooft, just noticed the cut out bits near the dropouts. That doesn't look sturdy... I'm thinking maybe steel is a better option for a bike that gets ridden on crappy roads all the time.

What frame is that?

Just had a reply from Genesis. They confirmed it is one of their prototypes. Its from 2011 and was owned by a member of staff who left the company in 2013. So that's kinda cool.

Is rear disc mount likely to fold the genesis in half under braking?

Has anyone tried to push a longer B-screw into the 105 5800 mid cage mech and fitted a SRAM PG-1130 11-36 cassette and lived to tell the tale?
