Food tips in Amsterdam?

I've booked early lunch at Ron Gastrobar because it's hotly tipped but would love recommendations for anything local or traditional.

I moved here in September. Some good places:

Restaurant Daalder
De Kas
Mossel & Gin

Or vinkeles if you are feeling super posh

I could definitely think of a few more
