IFTTT - to me it looks like a security nightmare but am I being a paranoid and is it basically fine?

I can't understand why this:

This makes a widget you can add to the home screen on your phone. Never hassle with another time-tracking software - when you start work, press the button widget. When you stop working, press it again. Your work hours will be tracked automatically in a Google Spreadsheet.

View and manage files in Google Drive
-Upload, download, update and delete files
-Manage files and documents e.g. search, organise and modify permissions and other metadata
View your email address
View your profile info
View and manage your spreadsheets in Google Drive
View and manage any of your documents and files in Google Drive
-List and search all of your documents and files in Google Drive
-Download any of your documents and files in Google Drive
-Create, move, copy, edit, or delete any of your documents in Google Drive
-Share or unshare any of your documents and files in Google Drive
View and manage your documents in Google Drive
-View and modify existing documents
-Share documents with others
Allow this application to run when you're not present
Connect to an external service
