  • Time to make some space in the house for new family member on route, so here we go...

EDIT: 11/09/2017 - Cleared out shed and random boxes and stumbled on more items for sale

[Some items posted on BikeRadar but that ad has been closed, I think. The forum isn't as straightforward to navigate]

All items are for collection in London. If items to post, please PM to agree price for shipping.

    Bike spares
    Add:

Garmin 810 with rubber cover, garmin speed and cadence sensors, two out front mounts (garmin and barfly) Inc 2gb micro sd card - £165
Very good condition, has served me well and in good working order. Has Openstreetmaps on sd card for UK. Includes newer speed cadence sensors making it easy to swap between bikes. Also, includes garmin mount that came with 810, and barfly mount that allows fitting a tubular type light like lezyne underneath. Can't find the rubber bands however. Looking to sell as a kit instead of splitting for ease.

    1x Vittoria Open Pro Pave 27mm VGC - £20
Was trying to think where the other tyre went but for the life of me, I couldn't remember. Tyre has down less than 500 miles, mostly on one trip around Belgium the morning after the referendum last year. Took them off because didn't want to shred them on London roads and just forgot about them.

2x Continental Grand Prix 4Season 28mm - SOLD Good condition, had a look and a few flint that were cleared out, but nothing you wouldn't expect cycling around London. Visually they still look new.

    2x Vredestein Fortezza Senso Xtreme 28mm - £15 pair
Used for two winters, got a few gashes from London streets, but still have a lot of life in them. One (probably the rear) is slightly more worn that the other.

SKS Raceblade Pro XL - SOLD Useful mudguards to put on the bike in short notice. Selling as sticking with my full time full coverage PDW mudguards.

    Odds and ends

    Rouleur Issue 37 & 38 - Free

The too big (or small) for me now cycling kit

    Castelli Endurance X2 3XL black on black - £40 £35
Bought these used (previous owner had used them for only a 5 rides) but sadly even in 3XL they're too small for my rotund figure so must sell. More photos available on request.

    Bontager RXL Stormshell jacket 2XL Black - £40 £35
Brilliant waterproof jacket, fully seam sealed. Selling as too big for me.

Showers Pass Softshell Trainer Size: XL - £45 £25
Selling this as too big for me know. This fits as an American XL, so would be XXL in European sizing. Really nice jacket, warm and massive pockets. Much better I think than the newer Skyline jacket from Showers Pass.

    What this ad?

    http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40091&t=13077752

Bikeradar mods closed it as I called you out for trying to flip my caad9 frame for a quick profit.

    Jog on.

  • Mods didn't close it, I found the lock post button at the bottom of the post before posting the items on here.

    Jog on

  • On hold for you, pm me to arrange collection

  • Clearly you where out to make a profit so i would suggest a donation to this forum .

  • May I please take the Pro stem?

  • It's yours, just pm me to arrange collection.

  • You bought the frame off here for £150.

A couple of weeks later you advertise it on Bike Radar for £250.

    WAC

  • Why didn't you post the bike on here as well then?

  • Probably be putting the frame up on eBay once I figure out shipping costs and leave the final price up to the fickle nature of the auction.

  • Thomson Elite seatpost added. - Sold

  • Dibs Thomson post

  • 2nd dibs thomson post. pm coming...

  • Some items sold, some to be collected/dropped off. Forum donation made. All other items still available, please have a look at first post.

  • Could always put it back on here for say, £150?

  • Don't see the point. Even if I posted on here for £120 I'd still get trolled by forum users intent of sabotaging the post. I didn't post that here and it happened anyway. Anyway, not fussed at present as it's not taking up any space in the house so won't get in the way of the renovating work which is a priority.

  • @swmlon do you know whether the cranks would be compatible with the Praxis Works 48/32 "BUZZ" chainring?

According to website: "48/32 110BCD VIP NOTE – This is a custom ring set that can only be installed on the new Praxis Works branded 110BCD road cranks. This specific set includes custom bolts required for installation. This set will not install on prior generation “TURN” road cranks or other brand cranks."

I think I am reading TURN from the pictures, can you confirm?

  • You're right, these are the Turn Zayante cranks which won't be compatible with the new sub-compact chainrings. I'll amend the first post. Good spot.
