(Not in a rush btw, just wanted to have a souvenir!)

So... the envelopes I'd ordered from Amazon turned out to be too small (inner dimensions much smaller than advertised).

I've raided Rymans and have enough envelopes to dispatch the majority of the orders tomorrow, including all of the orders with more than 1 shirt, and all of the international orders.

I've focused on doing the oldest orders first... all of these will have been sent an email, and it will all be in the post first thing tomorrow morning.

After that, there are 27 orders left to send, and I need to empty out another Rymans to send these. I will go hunting tomorrow for one.

All of the ones this morning have been posted, but the post office no longer sell packaging for posting stuff... need to find a Ryman's to post the remainder, or will go back to Amazon.

Also... I fucked up. Apparently the price of posting stuff has gone up over the last couple of years and I hadn't bothered updating Shopify. The postage for new orders is £3.50 because #brexit and the fact that the postage itself is £2.90 and I need to get envelopes on top, etc.

I have proof of postage for all the ones sent, will see if it makes sense to type it all into Shopify later on.

Are you out of pocket for current orders? Forum donations to fill the shortfall?

Not out of pocket, we've sold enough to break even, it just means I need to sell a few more before money starts going into the coffers.

I usually add enough markup so that the last third sold is profit. When i get things slightly wrong them it's only the last fifth that is profit. When i get things seriously wrong (not adding VAT to the cost price of the skinsuit and pricing it right on the line) then I'm seriously out of pocket.

This is in the minor end. Need to sell a few more before it breaks truly even, but no losses will happen.
