That was probably me. I ended up getting this one:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/coffee-filter-foldable-kitchen-accessories/dp/B002YT2CIINeed to punch the hole in the middle a bit wider but v happy with it. Not taken it camping yet but we use a trangia so got a bit of bulk anyway.

Yup reckon it was!

Our reason for going pour over is so we can fill our massive thermos in the morning and filling a filter with more coffee seemed easier than multiple aeropressings etc.

Thanks all. Space is not an issue as I'm in a campervan. The having to boil the kettle to fill the aeropress was putting me off it, the moka being an all in one. Just everyone seems to rave about how good the 'press is, but it would appear the brew is different maybe not better than the moka.
You know what as they are cheap and I can afford the space maybe I'll have both š -

Do you have a V60? better get one too if not

The flavour is very different. Much more like a filter.

Should I get the estate or cross country model? Though I don't see how a large Swedish saloon car will help me make a good cup of coffee. But whatever you suggest.

What's the current forum recommendation for a decent hand grinder? Rhinowares, skerton, something else? I never have more than a cup or two most days, so rate consistency over speed. Ideally suitable for Moka pot, aeropress, and pourover grinding.

• #12674
Porlex Mini still ok, Rhinowares good too.

See my avatar.
Aeropress or poor over for low fuss/expense coffee making.
Aeropress is probably closer to what you're used to. I think an aeropress must be on of the best investments I've made - take it on holidays/home/work etc and am guaranteed a good brew
edit: didn't read for camping - though if you're already packing a kettle an Aeropress is lighter, can fit stuff in and all the above stuff
