i had a crash a few weeks ago - everything seemed fine until i had a closer inspection yesterday. the frame has a big old crack in it through almost half of the frame.
I've had a quote of £130 from a mobile welder who said he could fix it, but i'm not sure whether to go with that and risk it failing in the future of cutting my losses and replacing the frame for a similar sort of amount.
does anyone have any experience of repairing a frame and the cost?
