No one ever gives 1) a proper definition of multiculturalism, and 2) a clear explanation of what "working" or succeeding really means.
I think they mean 1. Whatever makes that person uncomfortable about other people (brown-ness, religion, dress), 2. Working/Succeeding mean not making that person uncomfortable.
So 1. might be (say) the middle of London, and 2. would be a Klan rally.

I don't think she does pose challenging questions, because most of what I've heard seems to come from a totally falsified position. Within her diatribe it is surely inevitable topics worth exploring pop up.
