That was incredibly cheap - these are as rare as hen's teeth. What sort of condition was it in?

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/381975582583
Looks alright from the pictures.? -

" What sort of condition was it in?"
Scrap chain ring, wrong bolts and need re-chrome.
Unless you are very lucky a set as nice as in your pic will cost a lot more.
Ripley or Herne Hill cycle jumble really, really early before the dealers get there is your best bet.
Good Luck -

I totally agree with mig. I've got a set in the condition in the picture. NOS chainring, correct bolts and the chainset is immaculate. I certainly wouldn't consider selling it for less than £150.

I think my post has been mis-construed?
I totally agree with @user74623 also, the picture and Ebay post were just for information only, i wasn't expecting a chain-set of that quality for that price.
Im willing to pay good money for the right chain-set, if anybody has anything

Yes I have @user74623,
Nice! but Im not keen on the new crome work, not sure if it's the photo or my eye but it doesn't look crisp enough. -

my frame arrives next Tuesday hopefully.
All I need now is a Chater lea Chainset to complete ideally with rounded cranks and 3/32 chairing.
Anything out there?
Ideally the chain ring would be 48t.
A set just sold on Ebay for £69 but i just missed them.!
