INTERIOR ROOM: Hall, Stairs and Landing on all floors. • Clean and
prepare walls and ceiling as needed. • Rake out, fill and sand all
minor cracks and holes, as required. • Seal any water stains if
required. • Apply two/ three coats of emulsion to the walls. • Apply
two coats of emulsion to the ceiling. • Prepare woodwork: (doors,
architraves, skirtings, sills, banisters and stairs – excludes treads
and risers).

1. Sand down all surfaces.
   
2. Fill and sand cracks and holes.
   
3. Prime any bare wood. • Prepare and apply one/two coats of eggshell.
   
   

Price: £1,659 + VAT
-10% Winter Discount= £1,495 + VAT Inclusive of all labour and material costs.

Additional Costs: • Please allow a provisional additional cost of
approximately £150 + VAT to skim 2-4 square metres of wall. (Subject
to inspection by plasterer).

TERMS: Unless otherwise arranged, no deposit will be required,
although weekly stage payments will be requested, with final payment
due immediately upon completion.
