WANTED Steel track frame 57cm

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a new track frame for my work bike and thought I'd see if anyone here has anything going. Ideally I'm looking for 57cm seat tube and between 53 - 56cm top tube.

Just picked up a Roy Manser ( Kent Frame Builder of renoun) 58cm x 58cm Track Frame with Seat Pin,Riveted Saddle,Bottom Bracket, Stem , Bars and Track Chain..
Yellow paintwork in good condition. Fancy lugwork.
Roy passed away 18 months ago and I am selling it on behalf of his son.
