that sounds more in line with what i'd expect to pay tbh. he's doing a lot, has a list of recommendations as long as my arm and is a sound bloke to deal with (you'd be amazed how far rocking up to do a quote at the time you agreed will get you).
we can't put the house on the market in its current state, so it seems a wise investment either way.
I paid £2,200 to paint my 2 bed flat, as part of a complete renovation though. Didn't include things like tarting up, skirting, sills or any plastering work either (tho did include rads)
