where to get one off/limited run jerseys

Not sure where to post this but need help finding a company that can do a one off, with maybe a limited run on cycle jerseys in a unique design (Which hopefully I'll have sorted in an accepted format)
Basically it's my rugby clubs design, something like below but without sponsors logos and just my home cities 3 crowns plus team name and formation year underneath on the left breast.
Not after cheap n cheerful, want a company that can produce something that is good quality and the garment works as it should with respect to a cycling jersey, wicking, good fit etc.

Any help/recommendations/links appreciated!

Thanks for that, think i'm going to go with these guys. 5 jersey minimum and only £40+vat plus we can custom the jersey to exactly how we want, they seem to have fixed base designs that aren't like anything we want.
