If there are enough others out there who want to tackle it seriously, it's probably fixable :)

That would be ideal, but I think the cost would be prohibitive.

How much would another headset cover/hanger be? Is there a MOQ?

Lots. There isn't an MOQ as such, but the unit cost would be huge if you only ordered one.
