What make is it? Rake?

It's unbranded, seems to be good carbon to me
-
• #4
What makes this worth so much more than an ebay or aliexpress jobbie?
-
• #5
I haven't seen a nice fork like this on Ebay, I think it's worth £100 bearing in mind new it was probably £150ish new.

So it's unbranded....but it's not a cheap unbranded fork. Care to make a distinction?
I have stupidly pretty and light Domane forks that I guarantee will weigh a fraction of what these weigh...and I still wouldn't sell them for a £100 out of fear of insulting people.
It's a set of 1 1/8th carbon forks. Dime a dozen.

Sold this to the seller last week for £80 with 2 saddles, a stem and some unused deda bars. He offered me £50 initially.
@JamesBradnam well done but at least list on another site.
Oh yeah, and I quote "As I don't know you and this isn't a "secure" way of buying things, how can i trust you?" that was his response to paypal, with me offering to cover the fee.
Trustworthy?
"It isn't just some random cheap fork. I haven't seen a nice fork like this on Ebay, I think it's worth £100 bearing in mind new it was £150+ new."
No it wasn't £150 new, you just made that up, well done again

RIP ME, honestly just wanted to see if they would sell for £100 I doubted they would but obviously the attitudes are ones of attack and disrespect for my decision.

Good luck trying to buy, sell, or participate in anything meaningful on this forum.

My side: I bought the forks for me to use on a new track bike, I thought I bought them quite cheap and so I was thinking, how much would they could sell for, this lead me to creating this thread so that I could see. There is no trying to rip people off, I wasn't even going to sell them just my curiosity kicked in and I wanted to see. I look at this and realise now how this site is different from others with a more friendly manor and feel embarrassed for not seeing this and not treating it that way. The attitudes of others however are very disrespectful as this could have been a matter I could have explained over PM however instead they just attacked my profile which I don't feel is right as I hope after they read this they can come to another conclusion. @at313 @Chak @bikes_knob

There's a how much is this worth thread. Use that instead of trying to con someone.

Well I can't see it?

Rule No6 for classifieds -
No fishing expeditions. You are either selling something or you're not. Either it's in the classifieds or it's deleted. -
• #15
I don't see any disrespect. I wished you luck. Good day.

I'm new to this, lol what is the point of arguing rip me
-
• #17
haha you are so funny
-
• #19
I am not arguing with you , just highlighting a rule of the forum.
-
• #20
Well i'm new to this, how would it be conning if i wasn't planning on selling? lol i love them forks a lot. Disrespect in the way I am being treated like really, I'm being attacked on a wrong action I did, If this was a friendly website then maybe people would understand and give me some pointers and things to read, like side show bob did stating the rules which I'm now going to read.
-
• #21
No there's no point in me arguing I just didn't fully justify my action by reading the rules, I understand what I did wrong.
-
• #22
If your were not planning to sell, why would you list them on the classifieds thread made for people selling items.
That is deceit.
Definition of con: an instance of deceiving or tricking someone. -

But as you now know what you did wrong and have been given the correct areas of the forum to look out.

Thank you for the reputation ruin that even though I've learnt from this will never be able to do anything on this site :)
