Certainly do. The alloy versions are a respectable 450 grams for a bar with so many bits welded onto them, but not rated for mountain biking.

I've taken the plunge, figure I'll mostly be using them for multi-day trips where I'll be going for the slow and steady approach, so 400 grams extra weight won't be off a primary concern.
