Just open a dispute direct via PayPal. Sick of playing ebay's waiting game. If the goods have been lost in transit, then that's the seller's issue, not yours - hopefully by opening a PayPal dispute now will give him a kick to get on the phone to find out what's going on...
Did you pay via paypal? If so, open a dispute with them tonight, as the item hasn't been received, and they should find in your favour.
