!!!
That purple track does more for me than any early 90's c-dale ever did.

Yeah, I'm thinking purple might be the way to go but dont want to just copy the above. Dark metallic green or maroon perhaps, or champagne gold, but that might be a bit risky.
Also planning on using it as a hillclimb weapon, so stripped and polished is the logical solution, I just need to see how much its gonna cost.

What's the biggest 700c tyre I can fit on my CAAD12? 28 or 30?
-
• #7696
Internet says 28
-
• #7697
Unfortunately all 28mm tyres are not the same...
-
• #7698
depends (on the tyre and the rim but 28 is on the safer side)
-
• #7699
Of course not all tyres come up the same, but perhaps 28s are more likely
Going to borrow a friends strada biancas for a trial fit and see

28 Schwalbe Pro one, any larger and you risk stopping the front wheel avec gravel.
I may or may not be about to buy a Capo frame, the plan is either getting it stripped and polished, or given a tasteful coat of paint. this is inspiration:
It will replace my Rapha Condor Lavoro, which as much as I love it has always been a bit big.
