I don't think they make a 26" rim brake wheel at any level these days. You're looking at hand build or maybe one of the low rent OEMs. If you want Shimano non-disc hubs and it's 135mm OLN, the entry level of stuff that's actually distributed to retail these days would be HB-T610/FH-T610

Mavic do, it seems to be a 17-559 take on the Aksium which is not necessarily a bad thing, A-Cycles seem to have the best price at the moment

Bought an old Peugeot Scorpion 531 and it's in really good condition, apart from the wheels.
Do Shimano do an entry-level MTB (rim brake) wheelset? Something akin to a set of Shimano RS11.
Had a look on the usual sites and can't find much...
