Paint is in good condition, headset is smooth, seat clamps fine and no dents or major scratches, only issue is the only stem that i can slam is a Nitto Jag', most stems are to long and will not slam

I also have a Nitto Jag' 100mm stem or 110mm stem and Nitto 125 40cm steel bar combo i can sell with it.

No, the fork hasn't been drilled, but it beleive it can be

Is this still available? What height is this frame suitable for? And how much for the stem?

Yeah still available, should suit some one about 5'8'', i can do the stem for £30 with the frame, the stem and bars are £65, but i can drop the price if sold with the frame.
